1. Overview

For multiple goods delivered separately, the period expires 14 days from the day you receive the last item.
3.2 How to Cancel

You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory:

3.3 Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (but not any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than standard delivery).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
- 14 days after you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
4. Returning Products
4.1 Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them
- Products must be in the original packaging
- You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
4.2 Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened dietary supplement containers where the seal has been broken
- Products that have been used or partially consumed
- Products that are past their expiration date at the time of return
This exclusion does not apply if the product is faulty or not as described.
4.3 Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
5.1 Reporting Issues
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described, please contact us immediately at privacy@zephyroxgrzulax.world with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage or fault (if applicable)
5.2 Your Options
If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product (subject to availability)
We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or damaged products.
5.3 Time Limits
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days of receiving the goods, you can reject them and get a full refund if they are faulty
- After 30 days but within 6 months, you can request a repair or replacement; if this fails, you can claim a refund
- After 6 months, you must prove the fault was present at delivery

9. Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
